Vendor Information

Five to 10 thousands visitors are expected to attend MMM Expo 2009 and a few vendor spaces are still available. Vendor inquires contact Hilary at: hdulany@gencooliveoilllc.com.

All vendor spaces are outside under a tent and measure 10’ x 10’. A limited number of spaces have electrical power. Fewer than a dozen spaces are left, so do not delay contacting us if you would like a spot.

Booth spaces are $300, electricity is $50 extra. Table & 2 chairs, $50 extra. 3’ x 5’ banners for booth available $200.

Setup is Friday, Aug 7, noon to 7:00 p.m. and Sat 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. All vendor vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:00 a/m Saturday.

There will be 24 hour security on site for the entire festival, but we cannot guarantee the security of your stock.

Special, close-in vendor parking will make restocking your booth easy.
